The Secret Reason Why My Artwork Makes Your Projects Go Viral On Social

The Secret Reason Why My Artwork Makes Your Projects Go Viral On Social

I was just inside my Pinterest dashboard.

Checking out my stats.

And ooh-ing and ahh-ing at how viral my artwork is going. With some getting tens of saves. Some getting hundreds of saves. And some getting thousands of saves.

If you’ve used my artwork for a while:

You probably noticed this. That your projects using my artwork have a tendency to go viral.

And become bestsellers.

Even “Etsy’s Pick”.

Think it’s a coincidence?

I’m afraid not…

Unlike other artists, I don’t leave things to chance.

On the contrary, I spend a lot of time studying home decor trends, interior design trends, lifestyle trends, and even… floral arrangement trends!

I don’t copy them of course…

That would be illegal.

But I do use them as inspiration. And to get the “feel” and “mood” for… what’s going viral and where…

… and what people are actually “re-mooding” their lives with.

It’s all about capturing subtle, underlying “feelings” and “emotions”. Most artists never get that.

And it’s not even something you can copy.

My point?

I thought it’d be fun to share with you today which of my designs have a higher probability of going viral on which social platforms.

If you ever wanted to go viral…

… no guarantees of course, there is some luck involved…

… and your photography and font skills play a part too…

… but the chances are way higher than with random art, cheap art, or even (maybe, who knows) A.I. art.

On Pinterest:

  • My books designs. Especially this one:
  • Birthflowers (including wreaths, books and more):
  • All my sunflower designs have always been very viral:

On Instagram:

  • Sunflowers too. Like this one:

On Etsy:

  • Birthflowers (all of them):
  • House wreaths (I love these too):
  • Most of my hand-drawn PNG designs:
  • All my Christmas designs:

On Twitter:

  • Looks like heart wreaths do really well, like this one:

Don’t get me wrong…

All my art pieces have really high tendencies of going viral. From what I’ve seen…

But it’s just that:

On certain platforms, some have higher chances than others.

So, if I were a betting person…

… these are what I’d bet on…

When Your Mom Wants To Turn You Into Wolf Food

May 14, 2023 by Aurelia Nobleia

When Your Mom Wants To Turn You Into Wolf Food

A fable about moms I heard when I was a kid:

Once upon a time…

There was a bunny mom. Holding her newborn baby bunny in her arms. And swaddling her back and forth. Trying to get her to stop crying.

Unbeknownst to them:

Outside their house was a wolf.

Passing by. Looking for an easy meal.

As the wolf snuck around their home, he heard the mom shout in exasperation…

“If you don’t stop crying, I’ll throw you to the wolf!”

At this the wolf perked its ears up.

And licked its lips in delight. As it patiently waited outside the house the whole day.

But wait as it might, in spite of all the baby crying it could hear throughout the day, the bunny mom never threw her baby out.

And by night:

He heard the mom say,

“There, there! Don’t cry, don’t worry. I won’t let any wolf get you! I shall kill him with my shiny new shotgun should he come anywhere near us…”

At this…

… the wolf’s face turn violent red, as he stomped away, muttering to himself saying:

“Never trust a mom’s words…”

The moral of the story?

Several I can see:

  • Moms will say anything to get you to shut up.
  • Be sure to look around before walking outside. You never know what’s lurking around the corner.
  • Always carry a shiny new shotgun when you’re walking in woods full of wolves.
  • It’s ok to be a baby sometimes. Even if you’re grown up. Your mom’ll still take care of you when you really need it.
  • Learn from babies. Don’t take words to heart. People say things they don’t mean all the time.
  • Listening to a kid cry all day long… for years… is tough work. Time to give your mom something special today.

Have yourself a Happy Mother’s Day!

And if you’re still putting together your last minute gift? You know where to go for the artwork:

Two Brothers Create Unforgettably Funny Memory For Mom

May 13, 2023 by Aurelia Nobleia

Two Brothers Create Unforgettably Funny Memory For Mom

I was watching this clip on YouTube a few days ago:

A mom was secretly taking a video of her toddlers.

And the kids were trying to climb up onto her bed. All by themselves. But the bed was a little higher than they were. So they couldn’t scale it.

But then…

… they came up with this bright idea:

Brother #1 says to Brother #2,

“Hey, help me up the bed! Push me up from behind.”

So Brother #2 goes behind him.

And pushes him up from the butt upwards.

And Brother #1 finally makes it onto the bed!

But Brother #2 is left at the bottom now…

So he tells Brother #1,

“Hey! Help me get up onto the bed too.”

Thus, Brother #1 climbs down from the bed. Goes behind Brother #2. And helps push him onto the bed from the butt upwards. So Brother #2 finally achieves his goal…

But now Brother #1 is at the bottom again…

So he tells Brother #2,

“Hey! Help me get onto the bed too!”

And Brother #2 climbed down.

And helped Brother #1 get onto the bed…

And…

… the cycle repeated…

… again and again…

… until the video ended.

And legend has it:

Those two toddlers are still helping each other climb onto mom’s bed to this day…

LOL!

Childhood.

It ends so quickly. Sadly.

How I wish I could be a kid again… But still… the memories of those times remain forever…

Anyways:

I was thinking about creating some memories for your mom this Mother’s Day.

And after wracking my hare brains…

I thought of something your mom would probably like!

So…

From the beginning of this month until just before Mother’s Day begins, if you bought one or more pieces of artwork from my store, just send me a message on Etsy right now (not email because it’ll get lost!), and…

… as a gift, I’ll…

… personally write your mom a poem…

… so you can add it to whatever gift you’re giving her! 🙂

I’ll even give you a last-minute critique on the design of your gift too.

If you want it, of course…

One per person though. I only have so much time. And you gotta do it fast. Because I might be asleep when I see your message, so…

… if you want it, this gift ends when Mother’s Day begins:

Shadow Boxing Your Mom This Mother’s Day

Shadow Boxing Your Mom This Mother’s Day

Turnip-lover, Ralu G., shared this incredible photo of the shadow-box she made with our Valentines Heart-Shaped Wreath recently.

She writes:

“It turned out very nicely, as you can see from the photo. So, I recommend the item to other Cricut users that might be interested in it.”

Thanks Ralu for the update! 🙂

Some backstory:

Before using my SVG wreaths, Ralu asked me whether they could be used on Cricut.

Or to make shadow-boxes.

I’ve long lost track of all the different types of machines my art can be used on…

… and the different types of projects they can be used for…

… and don’t even mention all the newer models that keep coming out year after year.

Just thinking about it gives me a headache.

( I’m so sleep-deprived today. But the headache makes it worse. 😛 )

Long story short:

Most of the time, I’ll have no clue.
About whether it could work or what it’ll do for you
But hey… why don’t you just try it out…
…because that’s what adventure’s all about.
And while it might turn out not-so-nice…
MOST of the time it’ll come out… way COOLER than ice!

And you can always use it for something else. If it doesn’t work out anyway…

More:

I went on a cross-country trip yesterday. With my hubby.

We were traveling until the wee hours of the night. Before we finally got back to Noble Bunny Manor.

On the trip…

We stopped by this amazing restaurant.

I ordered the Vegetable Cutlet.

And I was blown away. Because the cutlet was made of …

… potatoes?

It was shaped like a leaf. Baked to the perfect color and texture. And when I bit into it, the combination of veges oozing into my mouth was astounding.

I never knew you could turn potatoes + veges into…

… something SO incredible!

Moral of the story?

Like potatoes, you can turn my wreaths into almost anything. But the limit is your imagination. You can even use my Valentines Wreath to “bake” a shadowbox for Mother’s Day. Why not?

Try out something new for a change…

You never know what’ll come out of the oven…

Here’s your ingredients:

Lion Escapes Japanese Zoo And People Crowd Around It To Take Pics

May 10, 2023 by Aurelia Nobleia

Lion Escapes Japanese Zoo And People Crowd Around It To Take Pics

I was just reading about these “animal escape drills” they have at the Tobe Zoo in Japan.

It’s a yearly event.

People love it.

And it involves humans dressed in animal costumes. Staging elaborate but (somewhat) violent escapes.

Like the “lion” escape above.

Where one of the zoo staff got knocked down by the “lion”.

The purpose?

Japan has lots of earthquakes.

Any of which could break enclosures apart. And render hundreds of “hungry-for-meat” animals loose, and feasting on the human population.

That’s why:

They have drills for each individual animal.

Zebras.

Rhinos.

Tigers.

And even polar bears – which I’ve read in a comment are the most dangerous ones, because they’ll attack to kill even if they’re not hungry, and they never stop hunting their prey until they’ve caught it, since they grew up in food-scarce, super desolate arctic environments! OMG!

It’s all about being prepared.

No matter what the “animal” you find yourself up against.

I think the same goes for birthdays too.

And special events.

It can be a pain sometimes. Trying to find the perfect gift every month. When family and friends have their birthdays come along. Again and again.

And you have to wrack your brain hard.

Trying to think of how to make the perfect, customized, “gift-suited-just-for-them-that-also-seems-like-you-put-a-lot-of-thought-into-it”.

Enter my 2nd birth flower set:

It lets you take any month’s birth flower.

And engrave it on the gift of your choice. So you quickly have a customized, gift-that-looks-like-it’s-just-for-them.

No matter the animal.

Or pet.

Or human in question.

As long as you know their birthday…

… you can “capture” their respect and admiration! 😀

And you can catch my recently released, 2nd Birth Flower SVG set here, before it escapes and wrecks havoc on the world:

Aurelia “Human Tamer” Nobleia

Heart Attack Hill

May 9, 2023 by Aurelia Nobleia

Heart Attack Hill

I saw a tweet last night from a popular news station:

“Man Suffers Heart Attack While Climbing
Popular Hiking Range!”

Turns out that…

… it was a hiking range I’ve been to before. Once.

Though I’ve never hiked it.

Or climbed the tens of thousands of steps from bottom to top.

I just took the cable car up the hill. To enjoy the scenery at the top. And there’s LOTS of food being sold at the summit too. Though it’s mostly overpriced, and extremely lacking in flavor. LOL.

Anyway:

It reminded me of a couple weeks back.

When I almost had a “heart attack” of my own at the amusement park.

I was riding the Pirate Ship.

You know…

That ride that swings. And swings. And swings in a circle. And eventually, you end up upside down? And by the time the ride’s over, you realize everything in your pockets is gone?

Yeah, that Pirate Ship.

For the typical “roller coaster addict”, it may not be much.

But I’m an artist.

Timid as a bunny princess can be.

I don’t typically ride these things. And I was closing my eyes SO hard, hoping it’d be over soon.

More:

Mother’s Day is almost here.

And one of the hottest wreaths in the store this Mother’s Day is my Bee & Thistle masterpiece. Featuring the signature “Turnip Bee Trail” I invented so many years ago.

The symbolic meaning of the thistle?

Strength.

Courage.

And Bravery!

All of which… I probably lack…

… in such massive quantities that almost all amusement park rides are off-limits to me right now… sadly.

But that’s probably not the case for your mom.

Want to show her how brave and courageous she was for raising a naughty, fridge-emptying, freeloading bunny like you? Yeah. I get it. No wonder this wreath is so popular right now…

LOL. Just kidding. Or am I?

But regardless, I think ALL moms are brave enough to deserve an honorary wreath of thistle…

And if that’s your mom, you can get on this hot ride here:

God Save The Kid!

May 7, 2023 by Aurelia Nobleia

Historic moment:

Last night, we were watching the Coronation of King Charles being livestreamed on YouTube.

And during the beginning of the ceremony…

There was this little… “skit”!

A cute little boy suddenly marched up to the king and said:

“Your Majesty, as children of the Kingdom of God, we welcome you in the name of the King of Kings!”

And King Charles replied:

“In his name… and after his example… I come not to be served, but to serve…”

And I thought that was SO cute!

The tension is the air melted somewhat. And I could see people in the audience just smiling…

Though people in the livestream chat were like:

…

“Who’s the kid?”

“WHOS the KID?”

“God Save The Kid!”

“Was that DISNEY music playing in the background?”

“LOLLL!!! Are YOU a KID?”

…

And it reminded me of a principle in art I learned from one of my Disney mentors:

“Cute Always Wins! Always!”

Meaning…

Sometimes when things get too tense, too elegant, too beautiful yet formal… it’s a good idea to break up the tension with… some cuteness!

It helps the viewer relax a bit.

Adds a memorable peak to the “program”.

While bringing smiles to people’s faces.

And this is what I try to do sometimes:

I know that my art is elegant, beautiful, and often formally fairytale-like. But sometimes, I like to “break up the tension” by adding something cute to my designs!

Yeah…

You can do it yourself.

By adding cute elements.

And cute fonts or designs of your own.

But if you’re looking for something cute that I’ve already drawn for you (really beautifully too) added to the center of the wreath (you can remove elements anytime) and that complements the wreath perfectly…

One of my favorites is my hand-drawn bunny wreath.

A lot of our fans love this.

Their family, friends and customers too.

Plus:

It always brings a smile to my face.

Children of the kingdom will find it here:

https://turnip.co/bunny-wreath

Sincerely,
Aurelia “Cuteness Overload” Nobleia

P.S. I do have other animal wreaths if you don’t like bunnies.
But what’s not to like about bunnies?
